What You Already Know

You already know that the answers lie within you. You also innately know that the source of happiness and peace lie within too. You know that you are being guided, matter of fact, you are being guided to read this right now. Your spirit is guiding you to evolve yourself to your highest potential; to find enduring happiness and peace through Self Realization, and to fulfill your life purpose or you wouldn't be reading this. An opportunity is presenting itself in this moment.

Sometimes the answers seem so clear, and other times they do not. Sometimes you can see how you are being guided, while others times you cannot. You may be happy and at peace fairly often, but there are times when life throws you a curve ball and you may be caught off guard. What if you had the tools to connect with the source of clarity, insight, happiness and peace within you, and you could take conscious control of your life?

For many people this sounds too good to be true. However, thousands of people already have learned these tools and have been able to prove it to themselves and are living happier and more fulfilling lives. All it takes is learning how. It is not at all difficult either; it only takes making the choice to learn how. The first step is to recognize that you want to, and who wouldn't? The second step is to actually take a step towards making it happen. Most people at this point will ignore the opportunity, and will keep going over the same life lessons over and over. Once you make a choice to break the pattern your spirit takes over and guides you the whole way.

Having the presence of mind to look within yourself is what enables you to see. The trick is in knowing where and how to look. That which you are seeking is causing you to seek. Engaging that curiosity develops the sense of knowing within you. Heeding the call of your own indwelling spirit enables your spirit to guide the evolution of your consciousness to full self-realization. The volition that is causing your eyes to glide across this page will continue to guide you if you let it. Stop for just a moment and reflect on that. Once you realize that there is something to be realized, your realization has begun. An exciting adventure awaits you.

The Physiology of Consciousness

The Physiology of Consciousness

Human beings have been evolving for millions of years. We are living longer, growing taller, and are developing more mass in our brains, and we are still evolving. We are beginning to develop our latent faculties of higher awareness and becoming more conscious of our own consciousness. You have evolved yourself to the point that you have realized that there is something to be realized and that is why you are reading this now. You are awakening.

The last part of the brain to develop is the outer edges of the brain, particularly on the top of your head in areas called the frontal and temporal lobes. These regions store the latent memory of who you are and why you were born, and provide the state of consciousness where you can "witness" your own mind and take conscious control of it. By developing this part of your brain, referred to in both Yoga and Kaballah as the "Crown," you develop the seat of higher awareness---your consciousness.

Most human beings only use a very small percentage of their brain, less than 15 percent. We have a vast potential that has yet to be fully tapped, and as we do, we develop a higher state of awareness. We evolve our consciousness to the point of being fully conscious which means we can take conscious control over our mind and live in a state of greater clarity, happiness and peace. You intuitively know that the answers lie within, that the source of happiness and peace lies within and even that the "Kingdom of Heaven" or bliss lies within.

To pass through this gate of higher awareness you have only to realize it is there and consciously put your attention on developing it. Similar to how you develop parts of your physical body through training; you can train your brain to develop your consciousness until you are fully conscious. You are part of a small but rapidly growing segment of the population that is awakening your consciousness, and that is why you have been led to these words. You are ready to fully awaken. You are ready to enlighten your consciousness. Go to the place within you where these words ring true and observe that part of you.
